📋 Description

• Partner with MSMs across the cMMM journey to translate results into planning and budgeting
• Safeguard model integrity with QA of v1 inputs/outputs and explain changes.
• Own escalations and run client-focused discussions and re-engagements as needed.
• Deliver high-quality, on-time models and follow-ups to expand accounts.
• Build playbooks and templates to scale cMMM motions for the team.
• Bridge manual expertise and automated scale with AI workflows for cMMM.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years direct MMM experience, with testing and interpretation.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role; strong ability to translate models into decisions.
• Comfort in ambiguous, early-stage environments and product feedback to technical teams.
• Genuine buy-in to the Causal MMM vision; ability to articulate blockers and solutions.
• Experience supporting a client-owning MSM and working across multiple customers.
