📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the client’s home
• Focus on one client per shift in Indianapolis area
• Full-time, part-time or PRN with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
• 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship
• Onboarding and charting via Statewise
• Competitive weekly pay with flexible scheduling and no weekend requirement

🎯 Requirements

• Active Indiana LPN license
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting
• Strong communication with client and family
• Experience in private duty/home health preferred
• Pass background check and motor vehicle report as required
