📋 Description

• Own training materials, ensure consistency across sites
• On-site and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and staff
• Support go-lives, upgrades, and workflow transitions
• Assess end-user proficiency; provide follow-up training
• Create and maintain quick guides, SOPs, and tip sheets
• Collaborate with practices and cross-functional teams across Rhode Island

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in healthcare IT, EHR support, training, or workflow optimization
• Experience redesigning clinical or admin workflows
• Proven ability to deliver multi-system training in healthcare
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing end-user docs and training materials
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and train others
