• Enterprise Architect within pre-sales to build credibility with CIO/CTO level audiences
• Lead architecture engagements: IT Transformation, AI-Ready Architecture, Digital Products/Services
• Communicate high-level architectures and strategies for ServiceNow AI Platform across customers
• Deliver workshops, best-practice overviews, and educational sessions
• Manage cross-functional relationships with customer executives and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years influencing senior technology leaders in pre-sales, customer, or delivery roles
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and governance foundations for AI-ready environments
• Strong ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling proposals
• Proven track record in designing and implementing advanced architectures across multiple domains
• Familiarity with enterprise/industry frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, BIAN, TMForum)
• Excellent presentation skills to technology leaders and partners
