Data Operations Analyst (Traditional Chinese Speaker)

📋 Description

• Be the contact for commercial queries, leading resolution with Client Liaison and Commercial teams.
• Identify, investigate, and coordinate resolution of data, process, or product queries.
• Plan and execute a complex daily workload to meet schedules.
• Analyze gaps and drive improvements in coding, data input validation, and client instructions (CIP).
• Provide timely feedback to country teams and promote SOPs and best practices.
• Collaborate across Operations/Enablement teams to meet client expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Statistics or related subjects
• Fresh grads or candidates with up to 1 year of experience encouraged to apply
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team to meet deadlines
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive work approach
• Strong logical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English and Traditional Chinese (Mandatory)
