📋 Description
- Ensure timely delivery of multilingual content and support localization and release schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to identify localization gaps and resolve translation
- Track localization issues and maintain SOPs and training materials
- Assist with Course Package Translation Service projects and related localization tasks
- Support vendor relationships to deliver on time and within budget
- Contribute to the development of external documentation and knowledge base content
🎯 Requirements
- 4-year college degree or 2-3 years of relevant localization experience
- Experience with human/machine translation and post-editing project management
- Fluency in at least one language other than English (e.g., Canadian French, Mexican Spanish
- Experience with GitHub for version control and Translation Management Software
- Familiarity with CMS/LMS content and learning systems
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
