Head of Agent Architecture

📋 Description

• Define the technical vision and roadmap for agent architecture across multi-agent workflows, task
• Set architectural standards and decide what becomes reusable platform capabilities vs. bespoke
• Design and maintain reusable agents, prompt libraries, orchestration patterns, and frameworks
• Lead evaluation and optimization of agent performance with benchmarking, experimentation, and
• Hire, mentor, and manage a small team of Agent Architects and support their professional growth.
• Partner with AI Engineering, Product, Sales, and client leadership to determine when prompting

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years with Generative AI and deep fluency across LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and multimodal
• 2+ years leading a technical function or managing people with stakeholder responsibility.
• Strong systems-thinking: context windows, agent interactions, task decomposition, state management
• Proficiency with Python, JSON, APIs, and technical documentation; experience with agent
• Experience creating/measuring AI systems via evaluation benchmarks or A/B testing.
• Strategic leadership: set technical direction, gain senior buy-in, drive delivery.
