📋 Description

• Own and drive product strategy across DeFi and trading products
• Identify user needs and build best-in-class trading and developer experiences
• Translate market and user needs into impactful products
• Partner with engineering to ship high-quality products within constraints
• Define specs, success metrics, and execution priorities
• Collaborate with growth/ecosystem teams to drive adoption and engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in DeFi, crypto, Web3, fintech, or financial products
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, on-chain trading, liquidity, and trading mechanics
• Track record of end-to-end product ownership from opportunity to launch
• Strong product sense; translate complex problems into simple solutions
• Comfortable working with engineers and understanding technical trade-offs
• Analytical with data-driven decision making; strong stakeholder management
