Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop AI-native software with cloud-native foundations and lead a team of software and AI
• Own code deployment, testing, evaluation, and validation for traditional and AI components
• Lead CI/CD, test-driven development, and eval harnesses for AI features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI-driven solutions
• Maintain secure coding practices and AI safeguards
• Oversee model performance, drift monitoring, and responsible-AI guardrails

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of practical Java experience
• 2 years of prompt engineering and prompt/agent scripting
• 2 years integrating third-party AI/ML services and platform APIs
• Design and manage DSLs, prompt templates, and agent instruction frameworks
• Develop microservices powering data/embedding pipelines for up to 10M rows
• Proficient in Python, Java, and JavaScript; strong Python for ML/AI
