🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN license in Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to provide personalized, high-quality care to clients of all ages
• Experience with 1:1 patient care and home health preferred
• Proficiency with electronic charting (Statewise) beneficial
