Cyber Defense Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Cyber Defense operations across SOC activities, detection engineering, incident response
• Manage alert triage quality, escalation, incident command, and coordinated response.
• Establish incident response standards, runbooks, playbooks, and procedures.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities and security exposures by asset criticality and risk.
• Oversee Cyber Defense dashboards, metrics, and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with IT, Platform, Product, GRC, Legal, and business stakeholders during incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Information Security/Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• 3+ years in security management or team-lead with people management.
• Hands-on in SOC operations, incident command, and response optimization (MTTD/MTTR).
• Strong expertise in detection logic across SIEM, EDR, and cloud.
• Knowledge of runbooks, alert triage, response, and reducing false positives.
• Understanding of attack scenarios (account takeover, credential theft, privilege escalation
