- Provide national-level analytics to support employee benefits strategy, client consulting, and
- Transform claims, underwriting, financial, and benefits data into clear insights and actionable
- Collaborate with senior consultants, producers, account teams, carriers, and clients to influence
- Contribute to analytics standards, reporting capabilities, and process improvements.
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences and translate data into business
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or
- Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally in employee benefits, healthcare analytics
- Knowledge of underwriting practices, funding arrangements, healthcare pricing tools, and financial
- Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, benefits data, and data-driven analysis.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present actionable recommendations.
