Enterprise Migrations Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end migration of enterprise docs into a modern platform.
• Transform legacy formats (wikis, PDFs, HTML, RST, CMS exports) into structured content.
• Build reusable tooling and pipelines to speed future migrations.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and product teams on technical decisions.
• Interface with customers to understand needs and manage expectations.
• Define repeatable workflows and best practices for the migration function.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with document transformation and data migration.
• Hands-on Python for scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with Markdown, RST, HTML, XML, PDF, Confluence exports.
• Experience with APIs, Git, shell scripting, and basic data wrangling tools.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to choose between custom parsers vs. existing tools.
• Customer-facing communication skills and the ability to manage expectations.
