📋 Description

• Lead high-priority commercial initiatives with project plans and milestones.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations
• Manage strategic partnerships end-to-end with governance and executive engagement.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for actionable insights.
• Prepare executive presentations with clear strategic options and risks.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans with owners and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years in healthcare consulting, tech, operations, or PMO in high-growth healthcare.
• Strong Medicare/Medicare Advantage and value-based care knowledge.
• Proven experience in cross-functional initiatives with dependencies.
• PMO or program management experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and execution capabilities.
• Experience coordinating external partners or customers and driving follow-ups.
