📋 Description

• Define technical vision and roadmap for agent architecture
• Establish standards for reusable platform capabilities
• Design reusable agents, prompt libraries, and frameworks
• Lead benchmarking and evaluation for AI systems
• Hire and mentor a small Agent Architecture team
• Collaborate with AI Engineering, Product, Sales, and clients

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Generative AI with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini)
• 2+ years leading technical teams or functions
• Systems-thinking: context windows, agent interactions, state management
• Python, JSON, APIs; agent orchestration experience
• Experience with evaluation/benchmarking/A/B testing
• Strategic leadership and stakeholder alignment
