Manager, Business Systems Owner

📋 Description

• Lead capability for Sample Management, Stability Study Ops, Reference Standards, Lab Inventory
• Develop multi-year strategies and roadmaps; drive innovative lab solutions.
• Oversee portfolio of technology projects; secure cross-functional alignment on scope, benefits
• Manage projects over $14M; ensure alignment with architecture and standards.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors and sites to minimize production impact and ensure continuity.
• Communicate architectures and technologies to technical and business groups.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 10+ years in laboratory, business analysis, PM, and strategic
• Self-Directed leader with ability to set direction and drive implementation.
• Strong analytical, judgment, and consultative skills; excellent stakeholder influencing.
• Excellent communications and influencing skills across diverse groups.
• Lab Systems experience (LIMS, ELN, CDS, Inventory, Asset Management) required.
