📋 Description
- Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy via live video
- Maintain a diverse caseload of adults/adolescents
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments between sessions
- Deliver culturally responsive care
- Collaborate with peers through clinical consultations
- Access expert consultation for complex cases
🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
- Unrestricted license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PsyD/PhD or equivalent) to practice independently
- Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT)
- Experience managing risk and responding to crises
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required
- Proficient with video tools (Zoom, Google Meet, DoxyMe, Skype)
