📋 Description

• Lead and oversee Clinical Operations Development Leads responsible for clinical activities across
• Oversee creation/execution of Clinical Development Plans across the franchise
• Senior clinical ops contact for franchise; provide strategic guidance
• Identify franchise risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Promote knowledge sharing and execution of lessons learned
• Ensure trials align with development plans and ICH-GCP standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medical/pharma/biological field; PhD a plus
• 15+ years in clinical development including monitoring/trial management
• Proven leadership in Clinical Operations with people management
• Expertise in planning/deploying clinical development strategies
• Experience building/mentoring diverse teams
• Strong in outsourced models; CRO/vendor oversight
