• Lead UAE & South Africa field marketing strategy
• Own regional events, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Build integrated marketing calendar across programs
• Collaborate with sales leadership on GTM plans
• Maintain alignment with sales on pre/post-event campaigns
• Drive ABM and multi-channel demand generation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in field/regional marketing or demand gen
• Proven regional strategy ownership, not just execution
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationships with sales
• Experience with executive engagement programs
• Experience running 300+ attendee events
• ABM, marketing automation, CRM, analytics proficiency
