Product Designer, Defense

📋 Description

• Own the design of defense products end to end (research, UI)
• Conduct primary research with warfighters, analysts, and engineers
• Design real-time edge interfaces for constrained compute
• Design enterprise tools for building and shipping autonomy
• Extend the Defense design system for real-time and enterprise workflows
• Travel up to 25% (including internationally)

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design across multiple environments
• Track record shipping end-to-end products
• Strong research instincts to learn new domains
• Portfolio showing information density and multi-user workflows
• Comfort designing for technically complex systems
• Strong collaboration with engineers/EMs
