Senior Product Designer (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end UI/UX design for complex, workflow-driven products
• Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and stakeholders
• Conduct qualitative & quantitative research and turn findings into design decisions
• Create wireframes, flows, visual assets, and prototypes
• Validate solutions via research and testing
• Iterate to improve user experiences and product quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in designing digital products
• Strong B2B product experience
• Fluent German and strong English skills
• Advanced Figma skills and design systems experience
• Proven UX research ability (qual/quant)
• Experience with cross-functional teams throughout full lifecycle
