Senior Software Engineer II, (AI Native)

📋 Description

• Build, maintain high-throughput, low-latency backend services for reliability and performance.
• Own projects end-to-end: scope, design, implement, test, deploy, monitor, optimize.
• Develop Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and auction capabilities; integrate with partner systems.
• Collaborate with staff engineers and stakeholders on architecture and scalability gaps.
• Partner with Product to translate ad formats and monetization needs into scalable designs.
• Contribute to monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years backend software engineering experience; strong Java and multi-threaded design.
• Experience building or operating high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
• Strong data consistency, performance trade-offs, scalability, and DB fundamentals.
• Cloud-native experience, ideally AWS; AdTech/RTB knowledge is a plus.
• Strong tech comms; ownership mindset; accountable for quality and security.
