📋 Description

• Design end-to-end features for RTB House panels (desktop-first) - discovery to QA
• Implement product improvements from audits and usability research
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and designers for handoffs
• Expand Design System in Figma with components, tokens, auto-layout
• Conduct UX research: interviews, usability tests, data analysis
• Leverage AI tools to optimize daily workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in design, 2+ years in product team
• Strong analytical thinking, break problems into parts
• Experience with qualitative/quantitative data and AI tools
• UX research: usability tests, interviews, surveys
• HTML & CSS understanding for dev handoff
• Fluent English (B2+)
