• Lead a portfolio of customer implementations from discovery to go-live

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or-equivalent experience
• Healthcare ops background in inpatient flow or bed management
• 8+ years hospital/healthcare operations experience
• 5+ years client-facing roles (consulting/implementation/success)
• 2+ years people management and coaching
• Strong analytics, PM, and stakeholder management skills
