Staff Signal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the strategy for Signal across legal, accounting, and consulting verticals.
• Turn time data into insights for firm leaders: write-off detection, velocity analysis.
• Partner with Data Science on analysis, model development, AI evaluation.
• Collaborate with Design to build intuitive dashboards for decision-making.
• Talk to customers to drive research and ensure insights fit workflows.
• Prioritize the roadmap and balance near-term wins with long-term vision.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, including 3+ years building data/analytics products.
• Experience designing for complex systems and messy datasets.
• Proven ability to shape 0→1 product areas and bring them to market.
• Strong grasp of AI/ML-powered product development and insight generation.
• Belief in leverage over efficiency to multiply organizational impact.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and works with enterprise clients.
