Enterprise Migrations Engineer

📋 Description

• Own enterprise content migrations from initial scoping and customer communication through
• Work with enterprise customers to understand documentation structures, source systems
• Assess migration complexity, identify risks and dependencies, and establish timelines with
• Develop and execute Python-based transformation scripts and automation to parse, normalize
• Work with formats such as Markdown, RST, HTML, XML, PDF text extraction, Confluence exports, legacy
• Use APIs and content synchronization to ingest and organize migrated documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated technical experience with document transformation, data migration, content
• Strong ability to parse, manipulate, normalize, and transform messy structured and semi-structured
• Hands-on Python experience for scripting, automation, data transformation, or similar workflows.
• Familiarity with Markdown, RST, HTML, XML, PDF, or Confluence exports.
• Comfortable with APIs, Git, shell scripting, and basic data-wrangling tools.
• Strong systems-thinking skills to decide when custom parsers or automation are needed vs. using
