Senior Applications Specialist

📋 Description

• Validate Chemistry and Immunoassay instrumentation; conduct studies, setup, calibration, and method
• Provide onsite and remote technical support for assay, QC, and instrument issues.
• Deliver onsite training to key operators and lab personnel.
• Collaborate with customer teams to ensure validation meets specs, quality, and regulatory
• Act as technical partner across customer experience; communicate findings on lab workflows and
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Field Service, Sales, and Training teams to deliver seamless

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree with 3+ years in lab, diagnostic instrumentation, or related field.
• Strong understanding of diagnostics/healthcare in regulated labs; familiarity with QC and
• Knowledge of CAP, CLIA, or COLA frameworks valued.
• Experience with medical tech, clinical equipment, chemistry, immunoassay, or related systems a plus.
• Technical aptitude to understand instrumentation, validation, assays, and QC.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to train customers; travel-ready.
