Key Account Intern - SL

📋 Description

• Design and implement process improvements and tools to boost team productivity.
• Attend onsite inspections to monitor inspector performance and client standards; document findings
• Prepare and deliver training sessions for inspectors on client processes and checklists.
• Translate client requirements into operational instructions and checklists for internal teams.
• Track KPIs to monitor impact and drive improvements.
• Support ad-hoc projects aligned with team targets (quality, digitalization).

🎯 Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate (end-of-study internship) in Textile/Apparel/Supply
• Relevant academic or internship experience in Softline (apparel, textiles, footwear).
• Fluent English is required.
• Comfortable with regular travel to client sites and factory locations.
• Analytical mind to map processes, analyze data and propose improvements.
• Good interpersonal skills; able to train inspectors and internal teams.
