Lead Pharmaceutical Technologist

📋 Description

• Leads and executes daily activities in Central Services (API) to ensure materials are available
• Handles materials, sampling and tank farm activities to ensure timely material availability.
• Ensures compliance to SOPs, EHS guidelines, GDP or ALCOA+ principles; mentors junior staff.
• Communicates progress/issues with Supervisor/Manufacturing Lead; documents anomalies and proposes
• Verifies batch records and worksheets; supports QA to resolve compliance issues.
• Plans and leads Central Services activities; deputies supervisor when required on the shopfloor.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent; 2+ years as a team leader in Manufacturing.
• Degree in relevant field preferred.
• GMP and GDP knowledge required.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills; experience as trainer for operations procedures.
• Team player; shift work experience preferred; leadership experience preferred.
• Agile mindset; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
