📋 Description

• Lead a team of email, SMS, and retention experts to drive client revenue
• Partner cross-functionally to deepen retention and loyalty insights
• Develop and implement creative email/SMS strategies for clients
• Oversee cross-functional coordination to scale retention programs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in digital marketing
• Expert in Klaviyo, list segmentation, lifecycle automations
• Knowledge of Shopify and related tools (Privy, JustUno, Yotpo, Octane AI)
• Experience with SMS platforms (Attentive, PostScript, SMSBump, Klaviyo)
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Data-driven decision making and KPI development
