Contractor, Provider Success Lead

📋 Description

• Lyra Health contract role supporting provider network enablement for Leidos program
• Coordinate provider onboarding and clearance pipeline across 900+ providers
• Lead provider communications, support, and escalation via Zendesk
• Administer readiness stipends and track program metrics
• Develop self-serve resources and documented workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years ops or PM in healthcare/government settings
• Multi-system experience (Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Suite)
• Strong written/verbal communication; high empathy
• Autonomous problem solving in ambiguous envs
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy and auditing experience
• Provider/clinical ops experience; gov program exposure a plus
