Senior Data Analyst - Business Insights & Operations

📋 Description

• Build and maintain unified reporting across CRM, accounting, invoicing, and operational databases.
• Replace manual reporting with scalable data pipelines and refresh processes.
• Establish definitions for metrics like MRR, activation, churn, retention, and customer health.
• Partner with Data Engineering on architecture, warehouse performance, and reporting quality.
• Extend revenue reporting with dashboards for MRR/ARR, product/segment insights, and revenue
• Develop AI-enabled reporting and anomaly detection to surface trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics or comparable cross-functional role.
• Strong SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses, ideally Redshift.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (ThoughtSpot, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience using AI tools to automate analysis or build analytical agents (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Experience developing data models/semantic layers for consistent metrics.
• Ability to connect data across CRM, billing, ERP, product, and support systems.
