Lead - Solution Engineer(Dutch speaking)

📋 Description

• Lead Solutions Engineer to support Pre-Sales for mid-market and enterprise prospects
• Prepare and deliver bespoke technical product demonstrations at meetings, webinars, and events
• Deliver product messaging, proof of concept management and RFP responses
• Respond to functional/technical questions and analyze customer workflows
• Capture requirements and convey them to product management
• Act as an advocate for Freshworks and collaborate with sales, product, and client services

🎯 Requirements

• Native Dutch written and spoken communication; additional European languages are a plus
• 5+ years in a technical solution engineering role in ITIL/ITSM or SaaS/software
• Experience with SaaS/tech products, ITSM/ITIL, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong stakeholder management, including with CxOs, and excellent communication skills
• Experience handling complex sales cycles in Mid-Market/Enterprise
• Strong presentation, demonstration, and customer-focused mindset
