Project Services Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Project Services team and coordinate across multidisciplinary functions.
• Establish and maintain project controls covering cost, schedule, quality, performance, and
• Develop and control annual project delivery plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage CAPEX budgets, cost estimates, cash flow forecasts, and cost control.
• Monitor project performance with KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE, Quality Assurance, company, and regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• BSc in Engineering Science or equivalent.
• Preferably certified as a Project Services Manager or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 6 years in a
• Experience across operations, engineering, projects, and Project Services.
• Strong experience in brownfield project controls, cost and schedule management, reporting
• Experience in document/drawing and data management and handover.
