Senior Product Manager, Commissioning & Field Service Software

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for BESS commissioning, operations, and field service software —
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear requirements, roadmaps, and release plans.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, data teams, and field teams to ensure feature maturity
• Define and track product metrics and KPIs to drive prioritization and impact.
• Unblock delivery in a fast-moving startup by writing user stories and coordinating releases.
• Lead iterative build-measure-learn cycles with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience with customer-facing software impact.
• Experience with integrated hardware/software products and tradeoffs across firmware, hardware, and
• Energy industry experience and/or familiarity with BESS commissioning, edge device management, and
• User-centered mindset and ability to work with designers to define features.
• Data fluency to define metrics and drive roadmap decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a startup environment.
