Cloud Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide first-level technical support to application teams via ServiceNow for Databricks and cloud
• Gather, clarify, and analyze requirements for onboarding DLZs.
• Run pipelines, scripts to provision/config Azure and Databricks resources.
• Support deployment of Azure resources using IaC.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate to improve efficiency and response times.
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years with Databricks in technical/operational role.
• 1–3 years with Azure Data Factory.
• Experience in application support, operations, cloud support.
• Familiarity with Azure; exposure to AWS or GCP is a plus.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Understanding of Unity Catalog, RBAC, auths, Delta Sharing (desirable).
