Senior Security Engineer - AI Focus

📋 Description

• Secure AI/ML systems, infrastructure, pipelines, and agentic architectures against evolving threats.
• Design, implement, and maintain security tooling and automation across AI/ML development pipelines.
• Enforce secure AI development practices across the software lifecycle.
• Evaluate autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks, tool-use, memory systems, and orchestration
• Apply security engineering principles to cloud-native, microservice, serverless, and modern apps.
• Promote continuous security and compliance in AI/ML environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of hands-on security architecture/engineering in agile SaaS or software environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional security initiatives and influencing engineering teams.
• Strong foundation in AppSec, cloud security, security architecture, and modern dev practices.
• Hands-on security for microservices, cloud-native, and serverless apps; GitOps security/ops.
• Experience building security tooling and automation; security automation as software.
• Experience delivering continuous security/compliance across dev environments.
