🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
- 8+ years in professional communications; 2+ years supervising.
- Experience managing workloads, reviews, and deadlines; federal projects preferred.
- Proven ability to translate complex information into concise messaging.
- Strong written/verbal communication; able to engage diverse audiences.
- Leadership skills and ability to give feedback and develop teams.
