📋 Description

• Per diem clinician providing school-based mental health services in Milpitas area.
• Deliver clinical care in schools, including intake, assessments, individual, group, and family
• Support students to succeed academically and develop resilience with confidential, compassionate

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Active clinical license in CA (e.g., LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)
• 2+ years of experience working with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs
• Experience providing school-based mental health services and collaborating with families and school
• Excellent clinical documentation skills and comfort with EMR/electronic systems
• Ability to work within a per diem, flexible schedule and cover assignments as needed
