• Oversee Kabam's Creative Services for marketing across locations.
• Translate team direction into day-to-day execution.
• Lead craft, production, mentorship, and AI workflows.
• Align creative with marketing strategy and goals.
• Own budget, resourcing, and quality standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive creative outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in creative production or related field.
• Senior/lead experience mentoring creatives and managing workflows.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on with AI tools and production systems.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator.
• Familiarity with project tools (Asana/Jira/Monday).
