Director of Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Own and evolve end-to-end supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, manufacturing
• Develop manufacturing and supplier network strategies, including sourcing, dual-sourcing
• Identify and mitigate supply risks across manufacturers, suppliers, raw materials, components, and
• Lead consensus demand planning and supply planning across DTC, Amazon, retail, wholesale, and
• Lead S&OP process and align Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations.
• Establish procurement governance, oversee POs, supplier commitments, production schedules, costs

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive supply-chain experience with leadership in a fast-growth
• Experience building and scaling supply-chain infrastructure in rapidly growing businesses.
• Hands-on expertise in demand planning, supply planning, procurement, contract manufacturing
• Proven experience supporting omnichannel businesses (DTC, retail, wholesale, Amazon FBA/FBM).
• Strong understanding of retail supply-chain requirements, replenishment, OTIF, and inventory
• Significant contract-manufacturing, supplier-management, and commercial negotiation experience.
