📋 Description
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for medical prior authorization and ePA capabilities.
- Partner with clinical, business, operational, technology, compliance, and external stakeholders to
- Translate clinical, operational, regulatory requirements into clear product solutions and success
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery with POs, Eng, and delivery teams.
- Drive automation and efficiency across prior authorization processes to reduce provider and member
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with EHR/EMR vendors and interoperability partners.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Tech, Clinical Operations, or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise with medical prior authorization and/or ePA workflows.
- Strong understanding of payer operations, utilization management, and provider workflows.
- Experience interpreting CMS regulations, interoperability requirements, and regulatory-driven
- Proven ability to develop strategies and roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
