Senior Implementation Coordinator

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation activities for assigned healthcare clients, ensuring deployments
• Serve as primary implementation contact, facilitating stakeholder meetings and maintaining
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, deadlines, success metrics, risks, and
• Lead payer enrollment workstreams, product demonstrations, guided enrollment sessions, training
• Conduct reviews and gap analyses to tailor implementation and training approaches to client needs.
• Monitor enrollment/training timelines, escalate challenges, and support go-live activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of implementation experience within a healthcare
• At least three years of payer enrollment, training, or change management experience in large
• At least two years of experience with healthcare software or one year with a healthcare
• At least two years of experience with prior authorization, practice management
• Experience with practice management systems, EMR/EHR, and/or radiology information systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
