🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in a data analyst or consultant role; contact center or health care experience a plus.
• Advanced SQL expertise (joins, CTEs, window functions, complex aggregations).
• Experience with large-scale data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Snowflake.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Comfort with ambiguous business questions and independently selecting analytical approaches.
• Proactively experiments with AI/automation to improve efficiency and insights.
