Associate/Senior Associate, Oracle EPM (ePBCS)

📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day delivery of managed services, ensuring client issues and service requests
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, configuration changes, enhancements, and problem resolution
• Maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs, communicating clearly, and
• Collaborate with managed services, technical, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and
• Monitor service performance and contribute to SLA management, contractual compliance, and
• Prepare and contribute to service performance and client satisfaction reporting for internal

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant Oracle EPM or comparable experience for Associate-level consideration, or 5+
• Proven hands-on experience managing incidents and service requests, including configuration changes
• Experience with additional Oracle EPM solutions such as FCCS, Account Reconciliation (ARC), or
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM modules and functionality, supported by at least one relevant
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate
