Cyber Defense Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Cyber Defense ops across SOC activities, detection engineering, incident response, threat
• Direct alert-triage quality, escalation, incident command, and coordinated response.
• Establish/runbooks, playbooks, and procedures for IR.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities based on asset criticality, exploitability, business impact.
• Manage dashboards, metrics, remediation tracking, visibility into security posture.
• Collaborate with IT, Platform, Product, GRC, Legal, and business stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Information Security/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 3+ years in security management with people management.
• Hands-on in SOC ops, incident command, and response improvements.
• Expertise in SIEM/EDR and cloud detection tuning.
• Strong in runbooks, alert triage, IR, and false-positive reduction.
• Knowledge of attack scenarios (account takeover, credential theft, exfiltration).
