Cyber Defense Manager

📋 Description

• Own Cyber Defense operations across SOC activities, detection engineering, incident response
• Lead alert-triage quality, escalation processes, incident command, and coordinated response
• Establish and continuously improve incident response standards, runbooks, playbooks, and procedures.
• Prioritize critical vulnerabilities and security exposures based on asset criticality
• Manage dashboards, metrics, remediation tracking, and visibility into security posture.
• Partner with IT, Platform, Product, GRC, Legal, and stakeholders during incidents and remediation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Information Security/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 3+ years security management or team-lead with people-management experience.
• Hands-on experience managing SOC operations, incident command, and response improvements
• Expertise in designing and tuning detection logic across SIEM, EDR, and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of runbooks, alert triage, incident response, and false-positive reduction.
• Knowledge of attack scenarios (account takeover, credential theft, privilege escalation, data
