Proposal Quality Analyst (Copy/Editor)

📋 Description

• Conduct structured quality reviews of proposals to ensure compliance, consistency, responsiveness
• Edit and evaluate proposal content against style guides, bid guidelines, templates, and brand voice
• Partner with proposal writers, subject matter experts, and quality team members to provide edits
• Use tools such as Microsoft Word, SharePoint, PerfectIt, proposal management platforms, and
• Follow established proposal processes, deadlines, and quality standards to deliver timely reviews
• Develop expertise in Medicaid products, healthcare services, proposal structures, and industry best

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in a quality reviewer, copy editor, proposal editor, or similar
• Experience or knowledge in Medicaid Managed Care, government contracting, healthcare, or related
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong AP style knowledge and consistent
• Strong editing, proofreading, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills to identify gaps
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and familiarity with
