Clinical Territory Associate

📋 Description

• Develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory
• Train to be a da Vinci Surgical System expert across primary specialties
• Support region with system utilization, product demos, in-services, and sales activities
• Lead technical in-services for customers (OR staff, surgeons, etc.)
• Contribute to quarterly sales goals through product demonstrations and trainings
• Coordinate regional events to raise system awareness and procedure adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 1 year sales or leadership experience
• Fluent in English and local language as required
• Ambition, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Proven team player
