Job Description
📋 Description
- Review construction plans, specs, contracts, and technical docs to assess constructability and
- Oversee construction/renovation projects, monitor contractor activities, evaluate materials
- Provide day-to-day operational support to construction teams and assist with special projects and
- Support renovation/construction initiatives from planning to completion, coordinating activities
- Conduct site visits and QA inspections to ensure standards, safety, and project requirements are
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, project teams, and community stakeholders for effective
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, management, or related field.
- Experience working with tribal communities, especially in remote locations.
- Experience supporting federal construction projects preferred.
- Experience managing/coordinating residential, commercial, mixed-use, renovation, or similar
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts, specifications, and technical docs.
🎁 Benefits
- Salary range of $90,000–$105,000.
- Full-time, exempt position with 40+ hours per week.
